I bought a Toyota Rav4 from these people. When I first went to check out the car I should have known that something was amiss when I checked the oil level and it was just touching the dip stick. I gave them the benefit as they said they were in the process of "servicing is a loose term" the vehicle.
Collected the vehicle, drove it home and parked it up as I was busy with work. Next day 21/05/2026 get home from site and decide to give the vehicle a good going over.
Guess what the oil was not replaced but topped up. No new oil filter fitted.
Checked the air filter, this hasn't been changed in awhile it is black. I contacted them and guess what, not their problem. They dont do servicing apparently. The vehicle was sold under the impression that it had a FSH, it definitely does not. All good and well until they have your money. I would advise anyone that decides to buy from them to rather go elsewhere. Pretty pi##ed off.

Had a brilliant experience. Showing up for the car last minute and having the car ready to go in no time. Very easy and stressfree service. Car is absolutely immaculate inside and out. Would definitely buy from this company again
