Great company ! We had a BIG problem with our organization. We called Western Cars Horsham. Masood took care of us from the beginning to the end. And believe me, it wasn’t an easy trip. They booked the wrong address. Text came through. I rang the night before gave them the correct after. Day of pick up they went to the wrong address.

First time we used this firm for getting to and from Gatwick in the last two weeks. Absolutely first class service from Ray and Raj and a lot cheaper than some others. Raj (or 331 as he is known) was very efficient and helpful, especially as I have mobility issues, and we had a prompt service from the airport at 1am which was welcome. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using again in September.

Very good service, message with details of what car to look for ie reg colour and make, but it would have helped by saying meet at the car park, as we waited outside in the cold at the drop and pick up point, but this is the first using them, so we know now what happens.
